• The Modern Education Quality Is Estimate Within  Quality And Quantity Scales , Extend To The Respond Of Educational Facilities To Social ,Economical , Emotional And Cognitive Needs Of Intended Group  In Specific Way Which Guarantees Them  The Economical , Social And Cognitive Integration Conditions .
• Educational Renewal Is Not Limited By Change A Textbook With Another One Or Use A New  Style Of Teaching .Also Educational Renewal Is Not Mean To Use A New System . We Should Adopt That System Which Offering All The Anterior And Posterior Terms For Educational Foundation On Level Of Educational  Work . The Anterior Terms Represent By Having Opened Vision About  Human As A Sample That We Looking To Make It With Offering  Mechanism Of Teaching For This Vision .
