The purpose of the current research is to determine the degree of awareness among a sample of psychological researchers regarding the use of artificial intelligence applications, including the actual level of use at various stages of research, the material and technical challenges associated with it, and the ethical issues surrounding its use. To achieve the research's objective, a questionnaire was designed to determine the level of awareness of the obstacles to using artificial intelligence applications among a sample of psychological researchers. The research sample consisted of 180 male and female researchers from various Saudi universities. The research found that the researchers' use of artificial intelligence applications was at a moderate level. The researcher recommends that the sample members need training programs to develop their skills in dealing with artificial intelligence applications.
