Abstract

The Imam Al-Ghazali was born in 450 AH and died in 505 AH; he is considered the most prominent scholars of his time, intellectuals and one of the main poles of Education and Psychology.

Imam Ghazali was talk about the self-humanitarian and used four words, namely (self and heart and soul and mind) and wanted by the substance existing in human terms is the fact that not separates between what is myself and what is my body and turned his attention on the theoretical aspects and use three scientific methods in this direction (method of introspection and the method of observation and psychological analysis method).

This research is of great significance for several reasons

  • The importance of going through the phase of male and female students as a basic and important stage in their lives and it is basically in the process of rehabilitation and groomed from the scientific and practical. So it was by believing researcher directing growth at this stage and confirm the acquisition of knowledge and different values ​​and trends confirmed by Imam Ghazali in his educational theory.
  • Importance of books and literature forward Ghazali counties contain these books and authors of valuable information important in education, psychology, and this enables the students to understand the facts, concepts, principles and laws of these books and the possibility of their investment in her quest to maintain the integrity and development, all of this has closely linked to the process of education, which seeks to provideand paper community in Iraq.
  • Find response to the recommendations of several conferences and seminars, regional and international, which confirmed to carry out research and studies in the field of Education and Psychology

Objective of this research:

This research aim to study the theory of Education for theImam Al-Ghazali

Recommendations:

  • Utilization of educational and ethical standards confirmed by Imam al-Ghazali and to guide students in all faculties of education and guidance of teachers in the Ministry of Education, courses and guide the faculty in all Iraqi universities.
  • Confirmation of students on educational experiences and morality by doing research and scientific studies.

Suggestions:

  • Conduct a similar study to find out the educational and ethical implications of Education curriculum in teacher training colleges.
  • Conduct a similar study to find out the educational and ethical implications in the curricula of all of Iraq's universities.
