That the need for the teacher to these two variables (control, ego strength) is urgently needed and necessary for success in his career, the educational process to control the situation and control the positive behavior resulting from it by the teacher education is one of the requirements for success of the plans and objectives of the educational process.
The goal of current research to
1) measuring the level of the degree of control the school and middle school teachers.
2) measuring the level of the degree of ego strength of the school and middle school teachers.
3) to identify statistically significant differences in control between the teachers of phase Prep
. 4) to identify statistically significant differences in the strength of the ego between the school and middle school teachers.
5) identify the relationship between the control and ego-strength depending on the variable type (male, female).
Search within:
determined current research in the concepts of control and ego-strength to teachers of junior high school stage, in the city of Ramadi for a year (2010-2011).
After that I use some means of statistical researcher to suit every purpose, such as the second test of the value of one and two samples, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
1- that the level of control was high school and middle school teachers.
2 - that the level of ego strength was the high school and middle school teachers.
3 - the lack of significant differences in control between moral teachers of middle school.
4- the lack of significant differences in the moral power of the ego between the school and middle school teachers
5 - no correlation between the proportional control and ego-strength to the school and middle school teachers.
